Orange Rows

Orange is a color I don't wear very often, but when I do I love it. I really want to wear orange polishes more. Anyways, this is a color combo of pinks/oranges and some glitter that I don't even remember how I can up with, but I love the way it turned out.

Here's the base on its own, Billie's "Electric Coral"

I painted on two other colors in curved shapes (I totally don't know what polishes these are haha)

And the last step was a stripe of pink glitter. What do you think of this manicure? Leave a comment about orange polishes; do you love em? hate em?

Steel Nails

Hi girls, just a quick mani to show you today. I am in LOVE with the SH gem crush line of polishes, and I have 3 of them but secretly (or not so secretly lol) want all of them! This is a mani with a diagonal overlay of the SH gem crush "Glitz Gal"

Here is the base color, Revlon's "blah" on its own.

And...I had to mattify it, of course.

Tell me which you like better, the shiny or the matte? And would you like seeing my other two gem crushes in a mani like this?

Electric Yellow + Glitter!!!

This is just a random glitter combo lol

First I did a yellow base. It isn't really showing in this pic but it has a purple/lavender sheen to it.

And some Shine of the Times just for fun. I like this combo on its own, maybe I shouldn't have added the next glitter lol

I forget this one's name, but it's a very light gray (blue if you build up the layers) glitter.

And lastly, a purpley-blue glitter. I don't think I like this one on this mani...what do you guys think?

Multiglitter French

This is a french tip I did that I wanted to dress up a bit and do something different. So I took a bunch of similar glitters and layered them all over top!

Here's the first one, a polish from Ardene called Blue Blizzard.

Next is NYC Starry Night.

And also from Ardene, Confetti.

Lastly, the coveted Essie Shine of the Times.

This was worth wearing despite the nightmare it was to take off. I just love glittery nails! What do you guys think? Too much, just right, or would you add even more glitter? Maybe I'll try a colored french tip next time instead of white...hmm...

Neon Pink!

Hi everyone! I know it's been a few months since I've posted, I just wanted to let you know I'm still updating this, and posts will be more regular from now on. This past semester has had a lot of changes for me, and I'm not even in school! With my hubby's classes and other life stuff I've just been so busy, you know. Now that summer's here I'm excited to do some more flowery, bright, girly nail tutorials for you!

This is a pink manicure I did with the Sally Hansen "Fruitie Petutie" polish as the base coat (it's also my #1 fave pink EVER) and a Billie neon on top, I forget the color name.

Here's my fave pink by itself (don't ask why I'm holding the other bottle lol)

Here's after I put the neon on top.

And everything is better with glitter... right?

Matte Metallic

This was a fun manicure, and very easy, especially for those who aren't good at tape manis (me) this design was free-handed.

It's basic - paint your first color, in this case a metallic blue. Then, swipe your second color diagonally across your nail.

Afterwards I added a layer of fine silver glitter.

Just for fun, I put on a matte topcoat to see what it would look like but I think the shiny version is my favorite, which do you guys like better?
